1. How much will a regular warehouse as per Atlantis specifications cost?
Please refer to our set of standard Atlantis Re-engineered Beam Buildings (ASREB)price list. A blank but complete warehouse will cost between USD$50 to USD$150 per square meter excluding VAT and any other taxes. This excludes soft furnishing (and any extra fittings or supplies) It also excludes the transportation and

2. How long does it take to erect one of your warehouses or industrial structures?
Erection time depends on a number factors, chief amongst them is the size of the building and number of people erecting it and the local current weather conditions. A 1,000 square meter warehouse would take 28 days excluding the concrete slab and any cement block work.

3. How do the prefabricated buildings anchor to the ground?
Typically, we insert steel anchorage during the production of the concrete slab for large buildings especially warehouse buildings . These are well mapped out and match exactly where major supports for the building are going to be erected.
